You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a report. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
A personalized Vedic birth chart, calculated after payment and opened through a private on-screen link. We also email that private link as a backup. Reports use Lahiri sidereal calculations, Whole Sign houses, and astronomical data from Swiss Ephemeris.
The quality of your reading depends on the accuracy of the information you provide — especially birth date, time, and location. Please review your details carefully before submitting. The Complete Birth Chart requires an exact birth time because the rising sign and houses can change during the day; we do not guess them.
Because each report is custom-calculated and delivered immediately, refunds are not normally offered simply because a reading does not resonate. If the private report fails to open, contains a production defect, is calculated from details our system recorded incorrectly, or applicable law gives you a cancellation right, email reports@guruvibe.shop. We will investigate and make it right. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer right that applies where you live.
Your report is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save its private link to your phone, print it, and share it with members of your household or with practitioners advising you personally. The private online copy remains available for 365 days after purchase unless you request earlier deletion, so save what you want to keep before then. You may not republish it, resell it, or use it in any commercial product. The classical interpretive content and original prose in the report remain the intellectual property of Guru Vibe; the underlying birth data and chart calculation are yours.
Astrology is a reflective, interpretive tradition. Our reports describe life themes, patterns, and timing windows. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. Do not make high-stakes decisions based solely on an astrological reading. For medical, legal, or financial matters, consult a licensed professional. We do not predict death, terminal illness, divorce, pregnancy outcomes, or criminal-legal results, and we do not guarantee any specific event or outcome described in a reading will occur.
Reports are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Guru Vibe, its operators, contractors, or vendors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the service or any report. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
