Privacy

The short version: we collect the minimum we need to calculate your chart, open it through a private link, and send that link to you. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect

• Your name (used on the report and the receipt).
• Your date, time, and place of birth (used to compute your chart).
• Your email (used to send your private backup link and any necessary order follow-up).
• Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

What we do with it

Calculate your chart, create the private report, and send you its backup link. That's it.

Unpaid intake details are automatically deleted after 24 hours. For a completed order, your private chart and birth details remain available for 365 days so you can return to the saved link. After that, the chart file and personal details are automatically deleted or redacted; we retain only the limited transaction record needed for accounting and payment reconciliation. The link acts like a key to the report, so keep it private. You can ask us to delete the chart and disable the link sooner at any time (see below).

What we do NOT do

• Sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
• Use your chart or your reading as marketing material without your explicit opt-in consent.
• Post your chart publicly, or hand it to anyone who isn't one of the service providers listed below.

Third parties we use

To calculate your chart, take payment, host the private report, and send its backup link, a few specialist providers touch parts of your order. Each one should receive only what it needs:

• Stripe — processes your payment. Your card number goes straight to Stripe; we never see it.
• Our email provider — delivers your private report link and any order updates, so it handles your name, email, and the link.
• Our hosting & database provider — where your order is stored and your report is generated.
• An AI model provider — only for products that explicitly include generated interpretation. If used, we send a first name and calculated chart details, not the customer’s email, last name, or payment details. The currently available Complete Birth Chart does not require this provider.
• Operator alerts — if email or Telegram sale alerts are enabled, we send ourselves only a shortened order ID, product, price, and delivery status. Routine alerts do not contain your name, email, birth details, or report.
• Maps & timezone lookup — when you type your place of birth, your browser looks it up through OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) and a timezone service to turn it into coordinates and a time zone. This happens in your browser as you fill in the form.

Your rights

You can ask us to send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Just email us. We aim to honor deletion requests within 30 days.
